Kuchar surprise and takes charge

KucharMatt Kuchar, 32 and twenty-fourth of the world, leading the last ‘great’. The American, with a card of -8, is leading a tournament marked by the mist that freezes the game, young espressos and the absence of major favorites in the leading positions.

The morning fog and afternoon rain appeared for a second day on the Course at Whistling Kohler (Wisconsin) and the game was interrupted two hours. Hacienda Riquelme Golf in Murcia province, the LXV will host Championship Men’s Professional Spain, one of the greatest tests of golf calendar national roots, which on this occasion will be held between 30 September and 3 October , and it gets marked by what happened in 2009 when Sebastian Garcia Grout, in the nearby area of El Valle Resort, set the world record for lowest round in 58 strokes, 13 under par!.

Opened in 2008, Hacienda Riquelme is part of the extensive and select range of Polaris World golf. Located in the resort of the same name, is an 18 hole course that lies between olive groves, wildflower meadows and large lakes.

Wide streets, are the greens, boldly designed, and bunkers, large and rough, some of them up to three meters deep, and with serrated ends, adding a feature to its particularity, which will undoubtedly be the most talked about part of the field.

Hacienda Riquelme Best Golf is the first country in continental Europe in use around the field, the type of grass Paspalum, high tolerance to salt water, allowing you to have dimensions of travel above average.

The Professional Championship of Spain held its first edition in 1942. All participants completed 4 rounds of 18 holes, establishing a cut in the post 50 and tied at the end of the second day.
